Discovery with 5 large companies (4 of 5 hypotheses validated) investigated why an earlier innovation funnel feature got no traction: most companies already had robust tools of their own and would not switch. The same research found a different need, a 360º view built on internal data only Cubo has, which companies were requesting every month as a table report. That became the Cubo Corporate Journey (CCJ). Evaluative research with two companies at opposite maturity levels (3 of 5 hypotheses validated, 10 prioritized recommendations); relationship status added to the product after the Cubo 360 workshop; 86% of member companies use the new feature weekly. Then designed the app onboarding and home (interest-based recommendations, quick actions) and Cubi, the platform's AI assistant that answers questions and opens support tickets. - [Sicoob 0 to 1](/en/cases/sicoob/): Pix, Sicoob Poupança (34K downloads) and Sicoob Moob (230K users, eFinance 2019 and Banking Report awards). - [Oficina Reserva app](/en/cases/oficina-reserva/) (2024): benchmarking, MVP flows, atomic design system published as a Figma library, UI for every screen; launched July 7, 2024; 19K+ downloads; iOS and Android. ## Contact - Email: jaquelineferreirapaulino@gmail.com - LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jaquepaulino/ - Portuguese version: / - English version: /en/
